My name is John and although I make my home base in Denver, Colorado, I am a business traveler who has spent more time on the road than at home in the last two years. Because of this I recently sold most of my possessions (including my car and house) and began living a nomadic lifestyle – all while keeping my current job. I’ve always loved experiencing somewhere or something new. Fortunately for me, I found a job that allows me to do just that. Now I travel every week for work and take full advantage of it, experiencing as much as I can in the process.

Along the way I’ve made plenty of stupid mistakes, learned a lot of lessons, and picked up some helpful tips and tricks that make life on the road easier. But most importantly, I’ve figured out the best ways to experience a destination when I still have to be at work for eight or nine hours each day. Because of this, I try and make the most of every travel opportunity – and encourage others to do the same.

I started this site to not only share the details about the places I go, but also to provide visitors with useful information I’ve learned while living a life on the road. I love sharing the stories and images of the places I visit, and you’ll have the benefit of utilizing the various tricks I’ve learned along the way to make your trips (either for business or pleasure) run a little smoother and cost a little less.
